Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your NextMove Plus subscription at any time through your billing settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Personal Career Plan (One-Time Purchase)

You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase, provided that you have not generated, accessed, or downloaded your Personal Career Plan. Once the plan has been generated or delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

EU Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
