Your Responsibilities The opportunity: The purpose of this position is to contribute to the academic excellence and strategic development of Gisma University of Applied Sciences through high-quality teaching, impactful research, and active participation within the academic community. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative programmes in HR Analytics, Strategic Talent Management, and Work Innovation, with a focus on integrating data-driven workforce planning, digital employee experience platforms, and organizational network analysis into the curriculum. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with an international student body, collaborate with industry and research partners, and influence the evolution of human resources education in a highly quantitative, technological environment.
