Als klantenservice medewerker help je klanten écht verder. Via telefoon, chat en mail beantwoord je vragen over producten, bezorgingen en betalingen. Je luistert goed, houdt verwachtingen helder en biedt een oplossing die past bij de situatie van de klant. Daarbij zet je graag dat extra stapje om de klantervaring zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen.
