About this role

Leadtech Group seeks a Head of Communications to shape and execute internal and external narratives across our brands. You will lead a small team focused on content and UX/design, blending strategic vision with hands‑on delivery on our most critical initiatives. You will guard the corporate narrative, manage media relations, oversee crisis and reputation management, and partner with HR, Legal and senior leaders on communications for M&A, transformation, and employer branding.
