About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning Inclusion team, the group responsible for creating learning experiences that help every Spotify band member grow, belong, and do their best work. You’ll bring together instructional design, visual design, storytelling, and broader learning and development expertise to create inclusive and effective experiences at scale. You’ll partner with subject-matter experts, people leaders, and Learning Inclusion colleagues
