CommBank seeks a Principal Data Scientist to lead independent validation of ML and AI models, including GenAI and agentic systems, across the Group. You will assess fitness, risk and governance alignment, and mentor other data scientists. You will design validation plans, challenge senior stakeholders, and drive best practices, tooling and standards in AI validation, with hands-on coding and architecture work across PyTorch, SageMaker and GenAI tooling.
