Mar Recruitment is seeking a Head of the Deck Department to lead safe and efficient deck operations on a tanker. You will supervise watchkeeping, cargo operations, and ship stability while enforcing permits to work and safety policies. Responsibilities cover crew management, emergency response, and ensuring regulatory compliance with EMS/MARPOL.
