Monzo is seeking a Head of Model Risk Oversight to establish and scale the 2LOD MRM framework for Monzo Bank Europe (MBEU) in Madrid. You will validate credit risk, fraud and financial risk models, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the EU AI Act. You will lead the MROC, manage validation schedules, and work with regulators. A post-graduate quantitative degree and deep experience in model risk governance are required. J-18808-Ljbffr
